・ウィークリー、マンスリーは目的地に近いとこにすべし。部屋が大して良くなくてもすべし。
・100均を探すべし。
・調味料はコンビニで買うべし。スーパーには小さなものが置いてないところもある。
・荷物は少なく持って行くべし。

We enjoyed an Irish music concert with nice dishes at Japanese traditional style house in Keihoku-cho, Kyoto. We met really nice people and saw various music instruments. Additionally we could touched and played these unique things! PERFECT!

The design office where I am in as an intern is very near from my apartment. I can go on foot in 10 minutes. It’s very convenient.
Das Design Büro ist ganz nahe von mein Haus. Ich kann zu Fuß in 10 Minuten gehen. Es ist sehr Bequemlichkeit.
The price in Kyoto is expensive. The price index of Kyoto is third in Japan. Tonight I cooked dinner by myself, but I don’t know it is economic.
Der Preis in Kyoto ist teur. Der Preisindex in Kyoto ist dritte in Japan. Heute Abend habe ich das Abendessen selbst gekocht, aber ich weiße nicht, was es ist ökonomisch.
The previous day
11/25.Mon 22:30~
I rid on an all-night bus at Hakata Station. Actually, it was the first time I used the bus. I watched that people who waited for each buses, the workers who called the passengers, a lot of various baggage and so on. The busy scenes were really fresh for me.
I choose the bus with a little bit good services. It had three rows seats, electric reclining chairs and free Wi-fi. Nevertheless I couldn’t sleep well while the bus trip for about 11 hours.
Finally, I arrived at Kyoto at 9:30. It was heavy raining. At first I had finished a breakfast, walked around the Kyoto Sta.
I will rent a room for one month, so I visited the apartment company to get the key, then I picked up a taxi to my new home in Kyoto.
The room is nice. Unsunny and the really small bathroom, but it’s OK. After I put my baggage in order, I went food shopping. There are some stores and big supermarket near my place. I was relieved, because I knew the convenience place. After I went back home once, I went outside again to check out the design office where I do internship from tomorrow for one month. The bare concrete building made me exciting.
Well, how will be the first day tomorrow!!

デザインの仕方
「モンダイを発見した！」から、これを解決するデザインができました！ではない。
一回戻ろう！これが大事！（そうしないと、シチュエーションがおかしいとか、そんなことせんやろとか共感されない。）
「モンダイを発見した！」から「モンダイのある対象が他の状況ではどうか見てみよう！」と広く捉えよう。
そのモンダイに対して人はどう対応したり、工夫しているか観察しよう。
この作業をしたとき、「いろんなモンダイがあったけど、そもそも人はこういうことがしたかったんだ。」ということが見えてくる。
そうすると、きっかけは家の前でのひょんな出来事だったのが、もっといろんな状況で活躍できる解決になるよというのが流れだ。
プレゼンの仕方
イケイケな人は、自分がした作業、見たこと全部話したがる。
しかし、提案されたものに、そんなにたくさんの事項が盛り込めたわけがない！
全部話すことは、いい提案のものを「え？それは無理がないか？」と思わせてしまう。
デザインした時に、「一回戻る」をしたように、このコンセプトは提案に不必要だ、この話は無理がある、と確認していくと、「これは力を込めて言おう」「これは下にちょろっと書いておこう」ということができる。
実は、「いいねー」と思うデザインは初めは１０考えていたけど、半分だけが残ったものだったりすることの方が多いのだとか。
話す順番・力の入れ方は重要だ。
「機能のカタチが造形になるのもいいが、機能から出たカタチを造形に生かす練習も大事」
プロダクトでは、「この機能は絶対いる」とか、「ここにプラグ穴がいる」「こんなカタチがいる」ということがある。
それを素直に取り付けてもいいが、そこだけが目立ち、全体を考えられていないかもしれない。
「必要な機能」を頼りに、「全体を造形する」とかっこよくなる。
「必要な機能」を強調したり、弱めるために全体を変えようと考えてみる。
アイデアを生み出す人たち
０から１を作る人もいる。
１から５を作る人もいる。
１から１０、０から１０とかなると天才。
